Like every other profession, holistic coaching and life education are in constant evolution. Books and documentaries have been a consistent source of learning for Mrs. Neha Garg, but she has also continuously upgraded her skills through certifications in related fields. She completed certification courses in life coaching and earned a diploma in nutrition.
After receiving the respective credentials from international universities, she became qualified to coach individuals in areas such as career, inner peace, health, finance, and relationships. Learning about nutrition enabled her to transform her clients' health within scientifically validated parameters.
Mrs. Neha Garg also became a master in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and received certification in Goal Mapping from the United Kingdom. NLP helps identify behavioral and cognitive patterns of successful individuals and instills them in others. On the other hand, Goal Mapping focuses on identifying and prioritizing goals while finding effective ways to achieve them.

She made mind training and holistic coaching her full-time profession. More requests for consultation sessions started pouring in, as her stories of treating others, training people psychologically, and counselling them on their life issues spread across the networks. From individual sessions to large-scale gatherings, she started addressing audiences in some of the biggest stadiums, such as Thyagaraj Stadium and IGI Stadium. On several occasions, she has received awards for her hosting skills and her impactful ways of addressing large audiences.
As of now, she holds an experience of six years as a mind trainer and coach and has a record of hosting 1200+ live seminars. The notable work and inspiring life journey of Mrs. Neha Garg has led to her being featured in top news sites of India. For instance, Outlook India, DNA, Hindustan Times, Tribune News, News 24, The Statesman, and Telegraph India have published articles sharing her growth stories.
From celebrities to top cricketers, many are among her clients. However, her core focus is to provide mind training to the youth. She believes that proper guidance and the right mindset can not only shape the future of young individuals but also boost the nation’s economy.
